Pastor's Kid...

OK, most of you probably have some experience with a pastor's kid or two and have some sort of gut reaction when you hear the 'term'. Well, Caleb is continually hilarious, and on this occasion was no different.

Caleb was playing in the backyard with our intern/friend Alicia and she took these pictures...

Later on when Alicia showed us the pictures, we asked him what he was doing.

He said, "I was building a cross, mom" (in the duh tone of voice).

I said, "Why were you building a cross, Caleb"?

He said, "I was pretending to be Jesus, mom" (the same duh tone of voice).

I always love to hear Caleb's explanations and understandings to life.

My little saviour!

Maybe a first attempt of many to be like Jesus?!!! That's pretty funny - I love the "duh"ness to his candid answers.

Well, you know the phrase "walk a mile in someone else's shoes...." What a sweety, how great that he already knows what Jesus did for him.

Yes, this is a classic PK...a title my girls share well when they both sprinkle and immerse at grandma's pool in the summer :)
